HYPERACTIVE THYROID : Yes if the thyroid is hyperactive, means if it is producing excessive throxin hormone, it makes your metabolism very fast and inspite of eating regular meals and no loss of appetite you loose weight rapidly 
but it does not suppress appetite

Synthoid t3 (liothyronine) levels: Synthroid (thyroxine) is T4 and is converted at tissue level to T3 but not measured in the blood you have no medical problems T4 replacement adequacy should be judged by measuring free t 4 ltdh levels and should be in normal ranges T3 levels generally low no need to switch to natural form which does provide some T3 but not well supported by science.

Look for another cau: If your thyroid is functioning normally(not under active) then the cause of your tiredness is not thyroid related. There are many other causes that only your doctor can define/address by examining you and testing your lab.Make sure that you are not anemic(check cbc) and your emotional health is normal and that you are sleeping well. Anyone of these can be cause for day time fatigue and need attent.

No, but: it's an inferior product to BRAND NAME thyroxine replacment. You need to take enough to return your levels to normal, which may resolve your hair loss problem. The loss of vision is probably not related unless you have a pituitary problem causing your hypothyroidism. You need to discuss w/your doctor and probably an opthamologist.
