You can do this kind on skin improvement with laser or chemical peels and needling techniques.  The more results you want, the deeper the treatment has to be.  The deeper the treatment, the longer the recovery.  You can choose the treatment that fits you best.

Active ingredients: I looked at the ingredients and there are over 35 products added to the formulation. I would be concerned about reactions but there may be some benefits to the silicone and salicylic acid components. Try it and see! it had a 3.5 out of 5 rating which doesn't sound great.

No: Acne scars are typically deep, this means topical treatments will not work. Current best options are fractionated lasers for relatively superficial acne scars and actual excision (subscision) for deeper scars.

Sure: It i a great idea . There are all grades of peels. As far as removal it depends on the type and severity of your scars. Ice pick scars are the hardest to deal with and the least helped by peels.

Won't work: Acne scars cannot be removed by any means. A dermatologist can make them less visible using lasers, fillers, abrasions and/or microsurgery. I'm sorry you or someone for whom you are responsible ended up with acne scars -- today, these are the sad evidence that a serious chronic disease was neglected. Unfortunately this still happens thanks to ignorance and gullibility.
