5ms ago i had an i&d caused by mastitis. then recently i noticed that the infected breast, the middle part of nipple became inverted. is it normal?

No: Inverted nipples are abnormal they can be due to infection scar tissue or benign tumor's. Rarely at your age they could be a breast cancer. You need to see a primary care doctor in person for specific diagnosis and treatment

Inflammation breasts: It is usually caused by bacteria that lives on the skin and is treated with antibiotics.  It is possible the inverted nipples were irritated  but mastitis occurs in non-inverted nipples too. It is most commonly seen  in nursing mothers when a milk duct gets blocked.

Breasts engorged: Breasts are swollen and firm due to breast milk excess. This often happens when milk production exceeds amount of milk baby is taking.  Engorgement also occurs when "milk comes in" switching from colostrum to mature milk several days after birth.

breasts engorged and hard after miscarriage at 4 weeks. with my 2 kids i had a big milk supply, but this was a very brief pregnancy, only a little liquid is coming out, and it is painful. i am massaging and trying to express, but it is not working?

: It is certainly unusual to get breast engorgement after such an early miscarriage, but massaging and trying to express can only perpetuate the problem. Avoid stimulating the breasts further. Wear a well fitting bra, restrict fluids, and apply cold packs. It should start to improve after a day or two. See a doctor if you develop a fever or red areas.

Possible: It is possible to get mastitis from your scenario.  Aspirin, advil (ibuprofen) , warm compresses and supportive bra will help. See your physician if it continues to get worse - more red, hard or with pus. Best wishes.

Many other causes: There are many other potential causes for duct obstruction or co ditties which may mimic mastitis. If infection is present, antibiotics are likely indicated but further work up requires a detailed history, physical examination and imaging to determine the cause of your symptoms. Aspiration, incision and drainage, or excision may be indicated based on the findings.

Accepted Answer

Antibiotics: Mastitis is treated with antibiotics and warm compresses.  If the infection becomes an abscess, surgical drainage may be in order.  See your physician.

Breastfeeding: If you are breastfeeding and are still full after your infant is through feeding, pump your breasts and store the milk in the freezer for later use

Accepted Answer

Define specialist: If you mean seeing your obgyn or pcp, most can handle your average mastitis. If you mean a general surgeon or plastic surgeon, i'd say no. They could help, but i think they would wonder why you didn't see the other docs.
