Heart clicks: My best guess if ALL tests normal is that when you climax your BP and your heart beats fast and hard.  This pumping action my be squeezing a small piece of lung so it makes a clicking sound.  You might ask your Dr to listen as you matstubate.

: A negative treadmill stress test is reassuring that coronary artery disease is not a cause of your chest discomfort. I assume it's of rib cage origin when you're sexually aroused but you don't have the identical rib cage musculoskeletal reaction during other exertion or exercise. Some people get headache.during sexual activity which is also from tension in the forehead musculature.
