Lysol ok: Once you have been treated, all linens , clothing, towels,etc that you may have used in the last 3 days need to be washed in hot water and dried in a hot dryer (both the hottest settings possible). If you can't wash something, seal it in a plastic bag for 7 days. Vacuum all rugs. Wiping down surfaces with Lysol is reasonable.

: Scabies will DIE if they can't re-infest human body within 2-3 days. So the simplest way is not using the mattress, couch, etc. which you are not able to clean or disinfest for 3 days then you can prevent re-infestation. Good luck.

No : If you have scabies you need to be treated with a topical scabicide such as 5% permethrin.  Spraying lysol on your shoes will only kill some of the microorganisms on your shoes but will have no effect on you.

Why risk it?: There are appropriate skin cleansers for a variety of purposes, such as those routinely bought in the grocery/pharmacy and those prescribed by physicians such as for helping acne.   Lysol is designed for cleaning non-living surfaces and should not be used as a skin cleanser.  Human skin is not a counter top.

Can't say with: complete certainty. Bleach is VERY effective.Hand sanitizer is not effective against Norovirus because it does not have the outer envelop that the alcohol in hand sanitizer would destroy in a flu virus.
