Most common cause of ED are those conditions that affect normal blood flow (vascular): diabetes, HTN, high lipids, age-related atherosclerosis. Low T also causes ED but correlates more with libido loss.

Low Testosterone: Testosterone (t) provides men with several benefits for well-being.  Low t results in many issues, mainly decreased sex drive, problems with moodiness, depression, fatigue and weight gain.
Long term effects are now becoming more evident.  However, at your age it is unlikely you have had low t for long, if you went through puberty normally.  Get checked and remember: taking t decreases sperm count.
