That is low: But the question is how is the low iron impacting your ability to make rbcs.  Lightheadedness would be related to the anemia, not the iron level per se.

Low Iron Dizziness: Low iron may be associated with a low red blood cell count -- iron-deficiency anemia. Anemia may present with dizziness. Go see your primary healthcare provider for a history and examination. Drink plenty of fluids in the meantime.

Not necessarily: Anemia is inadequate numbers of red blood cells. Red blood cells are filled with iron containing molecules and when there is not enough iron the red blood cells are small (microcytic). Low levels of blood cells which carry oxygen can result in dizziness. However low levels of iron measured in the blood may not result in anemia. You should be checked by a doctor.

Unlikely; CVDs: B12 borderline low but hb ↓=anemia (assume minimal; low hct not mentioned), mch=↓ed hb/rbc, ↑ed RDW reflects broadened spectrum of rbc sizes. Iron very low unlikely without MCV low (also not mentioned). Brain "lesions" most commonly ischemic=cardiovascular ds/advanced atherosclerosis, but can be any of  many others. Symptoms unlikely b12. Focus on putting together bigger picture. Study my answers.

Much lower than that: A hemoglobin of 11 is only mildly reduced. Anemia itself will not cause cardiac or more likely issues with oxygen transport until it is much lower. Exactly how low depends on whether there are pre existing cardiovascular issues.

Evaluation: It is possible to get those symptom, but You need evaluation to find the cause ,it may be bleeding ,so be treated

Depends: The cause of these issues need to examined and the underlying problems treated. Theres no one size fits all solution. If a pt has a low iron level giving them iron may treat the problem but doesn't explain why they have it to begin with. A full history and physical needs to be done with a full set of labs and possible imaging as needed.

Anemia: when iron deficiency anemia is treated it takes about 2-3 months for the hemoglobin to increase towards normal. Supplementing with folic acid and vitamin may be helpful during this period

Yes: Get seen.If you had that before,increased likely than someone that never had the problem.Also low Vitamin d can make people tired as well as sleep apnea so see primary and get checked out instead of suffering thru it.
