They don't: Milk allergy does not cause bones to crack. If you don't consume enough vitamin d and calcium, changes in the bones may develop. Milk and milk products are rich in calcium. Avoidance may cause a deficiency. However, milk allergy by itself causes no bone changes.

Many fractures usually heal within 3 months if only minimally displaced and immobilized.  Key things to know is whether you are symptomatic (pain, neuro deficit) or unstable.

However, if these symptoms are very frequent, they could be due to cartilage damage within joints. An orthopedic specialist can evaluate and advise you. Any appropriate testing will be done.
