If you had a history of gallstone disease, this may be a recurrence (stones forming within the remaining biliary ducts)

I doubt it: It is a pricey mix of simple nutrients and (according to some sources and not others) milk thistle (which has failed many but not all controlled studies for various liver problems -- it does seem to interact with the drug-detoxifying systems in the liver). If you want to take good care of your liver, avoid alcohol and stay lean and physically fit.
