I'll try: Can muscle, nerve and tendon be slowly stretched to a longer length without breaking, and still work and move normally? I think the answer is "No." If it were "Yes", we could make people taller using medieval torture devices and they'd come out of it fine. There are a few pop claims about stretching devices to make adults taller, but I'll believe them when I see published data.

Gumm smile: Your condition is termed 'gummy smile'.  It can be caused by the hypoeruption of the teeth, or your teeth fail to erupt fully out of the gum.  It also can be a skeletal anomaly of which the maxilla protruded as in the case of excessive maxillary overjet.  It also could be caused by the short philtrum, of which the lip inadequately covering the maxilla. Can be treated with proper diagnosis.

If U don't breathe,: If you also choke and inhale regurgitated stomach contents or if u rupture your diaphragm. But, essentially u can't die from laughter by itself in spite of the common expression "you, or i could have died laughing".

: I'd relate this to the somewhat sustained tightening of muscles in the back of the scalp and neck, a type of harmless muscle strain only.

No joke: No extra benefit found in studies when using such a high dose compared to the maximum fda approved limit (much less than 80 mg/d). But risks multiply and side effects become more common and dangerous. Only take such dose if clearly prescribed to you by your dr. 1/2 life usually ranges 2 to 4.5 hours, heavy, prolonged daily use may change this, effects may last a bit longer in xr.

Need more info: May be due to post nasal drip or mucus coming up from your esophagus or food from your stomach. Are you overweight? I see that with some of my over weight patients. Talk with your family physician for a more accurate cause of your complaint.

: In some instances of chronic back pain lying down precipitates or worsens it because when you're standing your spine is somewhat splinted but when totally relaxed you lose that splinting or supporting effect. I assume the same effects occur when laughing. The question is do you have a chronic back issue and, if so, what's the problem?

is generic wellubutrin or generic lexapro (escitalopram) a safer drug to take? which drug is most likely to make me laugh and feel chippery more? how long should i give the wellebutrin to notice if it's working?

4-6 weeks for effect: Both medications have their own set of risks and benefits. Escitalopram is an ssri, and in very broad terms ssris may be better for most forms of anxiety than a dnri such as bupropion. Both are equally effective in treating clinical depression, which is different than being happy and gregarious. Bupropion can be more activating. Talk with the prescribing physician regarding your concerns.
