You : You need to have a complete medical and neurological evaluation.  You should have blood testing as well.  Be sure and let your doctor know any medications or herbs you are taking, any family history, or anything else you think is important.  Also please have your house checked for carbon monoxide (your local fire department can usually do that).  Please be seen for an evaluation as soon as possible.

Seek immediate help: If such symptoms were presenting as new do not hesitate to seek immediate medical attention.  One would be wise to seek er care and neurological evaluation asap.  Such symptoms can be caused by migraine, stroke, tia, or even tumors.  Nothing to play with or be spending time on the computer wondering about.

Cymbalta (duloxetine) can cause: slurred speech,but in association with low sodium levels,so get your sodium checked by your Dr.

Chin tingling slurri: Consider  infection like strep, retropharngeal abscess, allergic reaction, lyme, subclinical herpes,rarely CVA  or MS would take 25 mg benedryl 2-3 x a day ( no driving ) and f/u with doctor/urgent care  in 24 hours

Another cause of slurred speech include poisonings like acute alcohol intoxication.

It is good : That you are not worried about this being a result of poor choices or decisions. I also think that it does not in any way mean that you have adhd. But it might be a neurological issue that does merit attention - so do ask your doctor and perhaps seek a neurological or speech evaluation. That it is intermittent may mean you've caught it early and can get a resolution more easily. Best!
