An accredited Lab: Why do you want this test? Have you had an antibody test for hiv? Was it positive? If positive, HIV nucleic acid testing will confirm the infection. You were exposed to HIV and antibody is negative HIV nat will detect the infection earlier. You doctor can order these tests through a pathology laboratory.

Need more info : To give an answer to your question more information is needed.  Did you recently start medications to treat hiv, then the answer is after about 1-2 months.  Did you recently engage in a high risk activity, such as unprotected anal intercourse?  In that case, i would advise first and foremost to use protection in the future and to be tested as soon as possible.  Hiv may show up as soon as 7-10 days.

Virtually nil: With this many tests giving negative results, you have far greater chance of getting killed by lightening than HIV.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

: Detection of HIV RNA is dried blood for diagnosis is entirely different than survival of live virus that can be transmitted. It does not take "active" HIV particles to give a positive RNA test. And transmission of infection requires exposure of millions of virus particles to particular cells deep inside the body.

What symptoms?: You haven't mentioned any symptoms except depression, which isn't a symptom peculiar to the HIV infection that you don't have, you need counseling, see a psychiatrist or a clinical psychologist, good luck
