See doctor: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and get tested for various STDs.

Lots of other: Lots of other causes of insomnia including depression.  The dry skin may be a separate issue, but again unlikely HIV related.  There are other skin issues that occur with HIV, but not usually dry skin

Can't tell: Although HIV is likely low on the list of probability it can't be totally ruled out.  It is just prudent to check with your doctor re. these problems. In the meanwhile, practice safe sex so that you'll not be so anxious in the future worrying over STD.

See doctor: It is highly unlikely that it is either hsv or hiv.  It sounds like you may have a recurrent apthous stomatitis; you should get evaluated by a dermatologist to see what the inciting cause may be.

Herpes? Syphilis: Please see your Gynecologist as soon as possible. Explain your worries, then the doctor will examine you and, finally you are likely to have blood work done.
May take a day or two to get the result.

Rash: It sounds more likely that it is an allergic reaction to something.  The fact that it is not on the palms and soles of your feet makes other bad things less likely.  Skin rashes are hard to diagnose and the diagnosis depends on where the rash is, the color, whether there are blotches, raised bumps and many other things.  You can buy benadryl (diphenhydramine) in the pharmacy for itching and if it persists see DR.

HIV: Sounds like you're having some pretty common health annoyances &amp; are worried they're due to HIV. First, the chance of of getting HIV from 1 encounter is very low (1 in 1250 exposures for vaginal penetration). The oral HIV tests are pretty accurate (about 92%) but to be extra sure and give you peace of mind, call your gyn or PCP to get a blood test. It's quick and confidential. Good luck!
