Doubtful: At you age, having Skin manifestations of high cholesterol (usually seen in the eye area) would be unlikely, and is probably something else.  Pimples of course are a possibility since you called them pimples, but a true diagnosis on any skin condition can not be made over the computer and really would need a clinical exam.  Best wishes.

Sounds more: Gi related and likely unrelated to cholesterol unless stress is playing a role.  Talk to your physician.

Possibly: There are a lot of potential causes, and i would encourage you to be seen.  A detailed exam and appropriate studies can usually determine the cause.  One example of a potential cause is thoracic outlet syndrome, which is often aggravated by raising the arms above the head as you are describing.  Consider being seen.

my head feels light-hearted and dizzy. i have been feeling like this for almost a week. i have high cholesterol and been having mild inflammation in stomach. i also got my heart check a month ago and said nothing wrong. could be stress and anxiety?

: Could be. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water.

No: Look for another cause for your hair loss -- if it's not a normal man's progressive baldness, consider a thyroid check, a scalp fungus, telogen effluvium and alopecia areata. If your high bilirubin is isolated and unconjugated and you feel well, chances are it's gilbert's non-disease and won't affect in in any way.

can high levels of vitamin a from diet alone cause hair loss?

No.: Vitamin A in usual diet is not known to cause hair loss.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

can high fever after a c-section cause hair loss?

Yes, but so can..: Just the stress of the delivery can toss your body into a state of such severe stress that hair loss can occur. So combine the stress of pregnancy and associated hormonal changes, then add stress of delivery, a major operation and apparently complications for you after your delivery, there are plenty of reasons for your body to go into a hair loss phase. This is almost always transient!
