I would avoid: this - especially the splenda.  Some studies suggest that ingestion of some artificial sweeteners can cause release of insulin.

ECGC: Green tea contains a polyphenol called epigallocatechin-3-gallate (ecgc) which was shown in rats to decrease systolic blood pressure. A study by y.C. Yang indicated that consistent use of green tea can lower risk of developing high blood pressure. However, the caffeine in green tea may cause a blood pressure increase in some individuals.

Not necessarily.: Your chance of infection is small, and the stomach acid may destroy the HIV. Get tested for HIV in 1 month and see. bHow much blood did you drink?

Try it: I can't tell you that this interesting botanical that's supposedly shown some interesting effects in mice is an evidence-based remedy for diabetes in a human. I trust you are monitoring your sugar and if you want to add green tea to your medication & fitness regimen, you should be okay. I have not heard of this as a nephrotoxin, but beware -- "herbal  remedies" aren't what they're labeled to be.

In Traditional: Chinese Medicine - it is recommended that green tea not be consumed during menses. It might be a contributing factor - but I would very much doubt that it is a singular cause for your amount of blood loss.  Take care.

Diabetes?: Sugar levels are established by complex interplay between many variables. Hard to predict bg level at a random time after eating.  If you measure bg levels after eating it is best to check at 2 hours after your meal.  At that time bg level should be less than 140.  Since I do not see diabetes on the conditions list...A fasting blood sugar &gt;126 on two separate occasions deines diabetes.

Constipation: Sounds like constipation and hemmroid from the new diet that you have started.  You need an exam to confirm.

hi i was diagnosed with dvt condition and is in warafrin lifelong. i came across a herbal green tea capsules that i would like to take to lose weight, will this effect my blood levels or interfere with my medication warafrin?

Yes, it would: Green tea would affect warfarin levels, better avoid / use with caution and keep monitoring INR. Unfortunately anticoagulants can interfere with many medications / supplements, good that you asked, always exercise caution with multiple medication
