Arginine containing: The Amino Acid arginine is a precursor to nitric oxide. It is found in dairy products, poultry and fish. In fact its normally made by the body  and therefore does not need to be consumed. In severe illnesses the demand may be high enough that some consumption is needed. It is not clear eating more increases no levels. There is a suggestion that high doses may alter no levels in some diseases.

: Priapism is a rare side effect of cialis. I am not sure you use L arginine for erectile dysfunction or for peripheral vascular insufficiency along with pentoxifylline. In theory, because L arginine can increase the blood flow to the penis so it can strengthen the effect of cialis or exacerbate the side effect. However, there is no reported interaction of these three medications that I can find.

Yes: Nitric oxide may increase endurance and possibly extend the 'pump' after a work out. The supplement is actually arginine which is an Amino Acid important to include in the diet.  It is found in a well rounded diet but supplements have been found to give some athletic performance enhancement.  When taken in the recommended dosage it poses little risk but the cost may not justify the use.

No: Sorry. No clinical trials have ever shown that suggest a benefit of combining these two Amino Acids in improving no levels or reducing oxidative stress.

Yes, you may ...: Of course, you may use both together. But, if the information pertains to you, I would suggest, if I may, please don't attempt to engage in sex more than 1-2 times per weekly, but at least, be graciously to allow &amp; give the body an ample time to recharge and recovery from the expected refractory period after each ejaculation. Otherwise, a man will doom to fail in sex performance. Best wish...

Different: Niacin is a vitamin and nitric oxide is a cellular signal molecule created in the body by an enzyme named nitric oxide synthase. There is no cross reactivity in terms of adverse reactions.
