i have had sores that looked like chicken pox mostly on my limbs & face.chicken pox treatment did not help until i started my art treatment, what could this be & how can i get rid of the dark spots i have now?

Viral infection: This must have been viral infection, such as disseminated Herpes infection. It is very difficult to get rid of the pigmentation. Can try  Demelan for pigmentation. Or your doctor can prescribe mixture of Locoid lipocream, Epi-max cream, Ilotycin A cream and hydroquinine cream.

Overdoing workouts: It sounds like you did too much during your first workout. Enthusiasm is great, but you need to go slowly to start. Get some guidance from a trainer as to how to get a workout routine started, make sure you are adequately hydrated and do warm up and cool down stretching . These things should go a long way to prevent your post-workout soreness.

Walk: Walk. Start with a mile a day and work your way to 3 miles a day. Drink lots of water and eat less.

See your HCP: It may be a sign of a vaginal infection. Stop using a vaginal wash and see your healthcare provider for evaluation and possibly culture. Some vaginal infections have a very specific odor and need to be treated with a prescription antibiotic.

should i go to the dermatologist?

Sure: People in their 50's with any skin growth or mole questions should see their primary care doctors, who can refer to dermatologists as needed. Screening for skin cancer is important to do, when people become middle-aged or older.

Hydrate!: Hydrate your self. Drink plenty of water. Also,  you can make a "scrub" by mixing about a half cup of sugar with about 3/4 cups of olive oil. Put it in a jar and use it when you shower, gently rubbing the rough spots. After you get out of the shower, pat dry and while your skin is moist massage some cocoa butter on the dry areas.

See MD: Elevating your legs may help.  I would however suggest seeing your md to evaluate the cause of the fluid.  "fluid pills" like Lasix (furosemide) may help, but try to identify the cause before taking medication.

Water Marks?: It depends on what caused the marks and what they look like. It's kinda hard to give a concise answer to such a broad question. So until you can give some more details, put on a pair of pants.
