No: No over-the-counter supplement will clean out (or cover up) illicit substances from your blood/urine in an attempt to help you pass some tests after a really good party. Best to stay away from those substances if you want to pass. Or wait long enough for stuff to get out of your system.

However, its ingredients have never been shown to effectively do this. No supplements, cleanses, or "detoxes" can strip your body of chemicals or "toxins" more effectively than your liver and kidneys already do, over the proper timeline.  Don't waste your $.

Falsifying and adulterating specimens does you no favors.
