Stop the fish oil: Why are you taking fish oil? There's no reason for a 23 year old to do this:  it hasn't been shown to reduce the risk of heart disease in any group and especially not in low risk age groups like yours. It's a waste of money and exposes you to unnecessary side effects.  If you want to positively affect your health, eat fish and exercise regularly. Btw, coconut oil which you list is particularly bad.

Ok: Even if you were allergic to fish, fish oil rarely if ever causes problem since there is practically no fish protein present in the oil from reputable manufacturers.  If DHA is free of fish protein, then the chances of reaction would be nil at least from an allergic point of view. Whether you can tolerate anything is another issue.

Eliminate/challenge: None of these commonly cause headaches, though it is not unusual for zinc to cause nausea, especially on an empty stomach. The best way to sort this out would be to stop them all for a few days & then re-introduce them one at a time to see how they affect you. It is ok to take vit d and fish oil together (best after a meal). Zinc and iron will be better absorbed if taken separately from fish oil.

Depends: You tend to metabolize muscle when you're in a calorie deprived state  so if you're on a weight reduction diet, you're at risk. You can minimize this by 1) exercising regularly and b) eating protein which is what muscle requires to regenerate. Fish oil can raise your HDL ('good") cholesterol but is not special for preserving muscle.
