Food allergy: If every day you eat the same foods and have diarrhea perhaps you are allergic to the eggs, steak etc. Consider eliminating something to determine if you still have diarrhea. If diarrhea disappears after eliminating something from your diet this could be your answer.

Time 2 get evaluated: Plugging up your diarrhea will not cure an infection, fix an inflammatory process, improve an ischemic gut, or correct a functional issue.  Medical evaluation is recommended appropriate to the duration of your symptoms, associations (bleeding, weight loss, pain, vomiting), as well as your other medical co-morbidities. Call your doctor please & get checked. Cyclospora infection is a consideration.

Diet: Hi, usually a lot of people have trouble digesting and breaking down the sugar alcohol which are sorbitol, mannitol, xylitol, isomalt, and hydrogenated starch hydrolysates. Sugar alcohols come from plant products such as fruits and berries. The carbohydrate in these plant products is altered through a chemical process and because they cannot be absorbed well they cause diarrhea and bloating.

my potassium was randomly at 3.3 last nov, so i ate a high potassium diet for 2 weeks and it went up to 4.0 but now its back at 3.4. what causes it to keep dropping? i eat bananas & spinach every day & no diuretics, exercise, diarrhea or vomiting

Low potassium: There are other tests to look for a cause, but just treating a lab finding without other symptoms, isn't advisable.  Your potassium is at lower normal range, in absence of symptoms or other apparent cause as medications, I wouldn't be concerned, if still , you may want to see an endocrinologist who may order more tests, a simple one would be spot urine potassium check or other tests, good luck
