basically im having a lots of acnes on my back and its weird cause im showering every day and im not overthinking or depressed and im not eating sugar for 3moths now and the acnes still there ..do you have any treatment for this please help ..thanks.

Acne: Acne is a skin condition that occurs when your hair follicles become plugged with oil and dead skin cells. It often causes whiteheads, blackheads or pimples, and usually appears on the face, forehead, chest, upper back and shoulders. It is made worse by hormonal fluctuations (such as puberty and menstrual cycle). Try using a good scrub brush and a topical anti-acne medicated soap for your back.

Controversial: There are a variety of sources that suggest most foods have little or no bearing on acne breakouts at all. Of course any individual can have food sensitivities and some of these lead to skin effects like eczema or hives,and acne flare may be an isolated response in a few.Do what you find works for you but try to maintain a balanced nutrition.

Can lead to obesity: There is mo good evidence that certain foods (chocolate, etc.) lead to acne.  Acne is a right of passage.  There are several good websites.  one is www.mayoclinic.com. Another is www.johnshopkins.com.  Read those before you go to alive doc.

It's junk: You've discovered that there's a huge fantasy literature on "this food is good / bad for this / that disease." people write their subscientific observations and decide that somebody saying there's no effect must be ignorant / unspiritual. The real controlled studies show basically zero diet effect on acne. Good diet & fitness are benenficial for their own sake and general health.

No: Although foods such as chocolate have been suggested to cause acne, there has not been proof that acne is related to food.  Of course , if you have noted worsening in acne after certain foods, you should avoid these foods regardless of the mechanism.

No: Eliminating sugar-sweet stuff isn't a bad idea, but it's not gonig to touch your acne and neither will any other 'pop' idea. Get down and treat it scientifically. If topical benzoyl peroxide as tolerated hasn't cleared you in two weeks, get with your personal physician for additional prescription-strength rx.

Unlikely to happen: There is little data to support any influence of diet (sugar) on acne at this time.It has been suggested in the past, but little if any evidence based studies available to support this.
