Let review, drinking: In reviewing your symptoms I would need to ask a few more questions? Are you thristy all the time? Do you feel hungry when you shouldn't. Is there a family history of Diabetes in your family? Do you have any behavioral issues? Do you crave sweets? Any weight loss?  Do you wake up frequently in the night to urinate? Are you taking any medicines that could cause urinary retention? Any dysuria? What

Urinary frequency: Several possibilities. If small amounts with urgency or pain, a urinary tract infection is likely. Possibly overactive bladder. If large aounts of urine, i.e. bladder usually is quite full, then diabetes is probably the most likely possibility. Seriously abnormal kidney function could do it. Or hormonal problems, especially one called diabetes insipidis. Some of these are serious; see doctor soon.

: Suggest a visit to a uro-gynecologist, but also include a urinalysis and culture.  Have your knee evaluated by orthopedic surgeon, who might also assess  possible fibromyalgia, or poly myalgia rheumatica.  Do get screened for possible pre-diabetes. Frequent urination : Can be diabetes (mellitus or insipidus)   enlarged prostate,  prostatitis,  urinary tract infection, overactive bladder. Please see a primary care doctor.

Could be but check: Check for diabetes.  Are you overly thirsty?  Your diet may be high in salt.  Also if sexually active check for stds esp if there is burning.  Is there frequency with small volume this can be overactive bladder.  Speak with your primary doc.

Many causes: Overactive bladder, interstitial cystitis, anxiety, multiple sclerosis, small or small functional bladder capacity, urethral or bladder neck polyp, vesic-ureteral reflux, caffeine, certain food dyes or spicy foods +/or acid producing urine foods and beverages and certain allergies.
