None: In my opinion all soda which is not sugar free is unhealthy. The average can of soda contains up to 7 teaspoons of sugar. This causes your blood sugar to temporarily spike releasing harmful inflammatory chemicals in your body. Train yourself to drink water instead of unhealthy sodas. Artificial sweeteners in diet sodas have their own downside as well.

Alcohol use: Alcohol related problems are now used with the following terminologies rather than acute or long term.  Unhealthy alcohol use may be from risky drinking which causes health consequences, binge drinking is another form and alcohol use disorder which is the extreme form causing impairments and discomforts. In general anything persist for more than 6 months are of chronic in nature.

Chocolate: Only a large amount of calories if concerned and a substantial amount of caffeine.
