Not usually.: The most common symptoms of a cold are sneezing, running nose, feeling tired, congestion and scratchy throat.  Additional symptoms can be coughing, headaches, mucus dripping down the back of the throat, loss of appetite and fever (in children).

No: Diarrhea does not rule out COVID. If you have traveled to endemic areas or met with people that traveled there, you should test if possible.

Diarrhea: Diarrhea can be defined in absolute or relative terms based on either the frequency of bowel movements or the consistency of stools.  More than 3 a day is generally considered abnormal.  A change in the consistency can also be abnormal.  From what you describe suspect you may have an infection that has affected both your upper respiratory tract and your GI tract. If it continues see a doctor.

Diarrhea in pregnanc: Diarrhea is common at any time for many many reasons. One question is whether or not you had antibiotics during your cold and then the question of diarrhea become somewhat more important. If not then you can try home remedies or over-the-counter Imodium (loperamide) which is completely safe during pregnancy.

Peroxide Humidifier: Do you have a cool mist humidifier? Fill it with one bottle of hydrogen peroxide, and two bottles of water. That will give you a 1% aerosolized mist of hydrogen peroxide. The peroxide kills the bugs on contact (virus or bacteria) as you breath in the mist, and breaks down into water and oxygen. You should feel better in a day or two.

Levofloxacin: This antibiotic has the potential to produce an upset stomach. The diarrhea is concerning since this could suggest Clostridium difficile colitis. Go back and talk to your doctor about this, it can become quite severe if left untreated. This might also just be part of whatever the illness creating cold symptoms was. Viral syndrome : A virus can explain this entire set of symptoms. It may take time for your body to clear the virus, by using your natural immune system. Sometimes people have the flu (which is a virus)  and don't have a fever, especially if they never have a fever. Can this be an atypical flu?  You can speak to a doctor in person for more answers and help with the symptoms.
