Calming teas: Chamomile tea can be calming and reduce the effect of caffeine. So can passionflower or lemon balm tea. 
You should also sit or lie down and take several slow, deep, intentional breaths to help calm you as well.

See below: Yes caffeine can interfere with conception and has been associated with miscarriage with high amounts.   Drink no more than 1 to 11/2  8oz cups a day.  You can drink decaff, but beware that it does have small amounts of caffeine.

See your doctor: Bloating is often the distention of the bowels due to gas buildup.  This can be due to things we eat - like coffee.  If you can pinpoint triggers then avoid these foods.  As for when your stomach is empty it is unclear - talking to your doctor or a gastroenterologist would be a good idea.

Frequently.: caffeine, and in particular, coffee, very frequently causes acid reflux, which can feel like heartburn or indigestion. You might try switching to decaf initially, but you may have to stop coffee altogether if the symptoms persist. Good luck.

Not sure: If you have oliguria despite adequate hydration you may need further evaluation that may include laboratory and radiologic examination

Not allergic: Coffee, even decaff, contains organic acids that can be irritating to the gut. Some people ate more sensitive than others. Can also aggravate inflammation of esophagus (esophagitis), stomach (gastritis).  May aggravate other GI issues. See md if ongoing, severe, bleed, fever, weight loss, nighttime symptoms, etc.

I would consider: cutting coffee and those foods out of your diet. IN the meantime- slice fresh ginger. Put in tea pot. Add boiling water. Steep for at least 5 minutes with lid on pot. Slowly sip. It is often quite effective.
