Can't hurt to try: BandIt MAY help by taking some pressure off the ulnar nerve,and you can wear it as much as you want if it helps.It's not guaranteed to cure though.You're young, and research suggest surgery may be better for younger patients with moderate to severe symptoms if conservative measures like BandIt and avoiding certain positions don't work within 6 months, surgery may be best. : Have you had a nocturnal penile tumescence test? Have you tried Viagra?  No medical issues like anemia,thyroid disease or low testosterone?   I would agree that your ED is.most likely psychogenic, if no medical issues, and that you will improve with proper sex therapy at a men's sexual health clinic or by a sexologist.

Reason?: No known way to selectively increase blood flow to the scalp in a person with dysautonomia or any other part of the body for that matter by way of medication or surgical method. The technique of biofeedback may come as close as possible to using conscious efforts to modulate things such as blood flow or blood pressure. But i doubt it could be useful for what you are wanting. Curious to know why?

: No, it will not have any such effect. This is entirely harmless. (However, this also will not increase blood flow to the scalp -- and there is no rwason to want more blood to the scalp anyway.)

Disbalance in vessel: Blood vessels are lined by cells call endothelia. They make chemicals that both relax the vessels (vasodilator) &amp; constrict them. Usually, the chems are kept in balance. in some individuals, the endothelium has a bias or predisposition to one or the other. The slightest thing can set it off. In your case, pseudoephedrine causes walls to overly constrict, raising blood pressure. Avoid OTC cold meds

Doppler for flow: Some may be able to comment on this better than I, but the transcranial doppler study is unable to measure all of the arteries, as some of them are very deep within the head.

If vasconstriction was found, it would not necessarily lead to vasodilator medication.

Perhaps it makes sense to return to what started the idea of blood flow irregularity.

Thigh cramps: After trauma to the femoral artery, thigh discomfort caused by the development of neuralgia or femoral nerve pain is a recognized complication. It may resolve after months. The vascular surgeon can advise you best and can rule out clots or pseudoaneurysm.
