You : You should see an ear nose and throat doctor (otolaryngologist) for a complete evaluation.  They can evaluate both your nasal septum and whether you need a sleep study or further sleep evaluation.  It is not clear to me if you are still using cocaine, obviously that would also cause sleeplessness, so if you are then seek out a drug-treatment program.

Worry more about dealing with your cocaine problem than getting caught and you may perhaps have some benefit from your current circumstances. Trying to 'beat' the test is almost always unsuccessful and gives you more trouble.

1-2 days: One single "snort" of Cocaine is not likely to give urinary metabolites lasting more than 24 hours, 48 hours at most.  The problem is that, like with potato chips, most people can't stop at one.  If you have been playing with it, don't continue.  It is dangerous, and the least of your problems may be whether someone finds out or not.
