POOL CHLORINE: THE CONCENTRATION OF THE POOL CHLORINE IS SO TINY THAT THERE IS ALMOST NO CHANCE THAT IT WOULD HARM YOUR SKIN.

about 3 weeks ago i had a terrible head cold and recently when i cough it taste like bleach or chlorine and a lot of phlegm ?

Normal: It is normal for phlegm to have a salty taste. It will clear up on its own. 
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

i got bleach on my fingers, it was about a couple inches deep. i washed my hands 3x with lots of soap. my hands were raw red/dry and i didnt rinse much between washes also very strong chlorine inhaled for 1.5hrs. can this cause cancer? skin absorb?

: The was completely harmless. A brief rinse with water is all that was needed; the vigorous soap washing might have been more damaging than the bleach was. The amount of chlorine fumes inhaled in this situation also isn't harmful.

More info needed: Bleach is not used medicinally. It is a whitener, cleaner and disinfectant...Dilute solutions may be used sparingly by dentists, deep smelly infected wounds have been cleaned with dilute bleach in the form of dakin's solution. Not sure what you mean by complementary doctors. Bleach is quite toxic if ingested.. Not sure there is any other role than what i listed.

Probably still  BV: You will need to be retested since you did not get better. Bacterial vaginosis is a common condition in women where the normal balance of bacteria in the vagina is disrupted and replaced by an overgrowth of certain bacteria. It causes vaginal discharge that is usually white or gray. Most complain of a fish-like odor noticed especially after intercourse. It is treated with metronidazole.

Allergy: Painful nipples can be due to drying and or allergic reaction to swim suit etc. When the chlorine content is high in water/other chemicals then there is pain and irritation in sensitive areas. If her pain does not subside visit your doctor.

: Yes. Dettol and similar antiseptics kill bacteria on surfaces. H. Pylori is a bacteria. It will be killed by surface antiseptics. You do not need to use bleach or chlorine, which is toxic and will damage skin and some surfaces. I would add that Dettol is not considered safe for daily, chronic use on skin.

Bacterial vaginosis?: The main cause of strong vaginal odor is bacterial vaginosis, i.e. overgrowth of mostly normal vaginal bacteria. BV is more common in people with other genital infections, including herpes or other STDs; and some STDs can cause such odor themseves, especailly trichomonas. It's not from your detergent. You'll need to see your doctor for diagnosis and proper treatment. Good luck~

stranger threw up near me and it splattered onto my clothes. i cant bleach them. will non chlorine bleach with tide on warm water be enough to kill potential hiv hcv? what about dry cleaning? will that kill both of those viruses also?

No worries: From what you described there is no chance of infection. Wash your clothes as recommended.
