No.: Frequent urination means you are either making a large volume of urine,  or sensing the need to void smaller volumes of urine frequently. The volume of urine you make does not depend on your metabolism, but depends on your fluid balance: how much fluid you drink, if you have alcohol, caffeine, or in certain disease states. See your physician if it bothers you.

It is not uncommon!: The thing that seems to cause diuresis (increased urination) for most people with diet change is the significant reduction in sodium that comes with eating healthier/avoiding more processed foods. Often, when people lose more weight the first week or so on a "diet", it is chalked up to "water weight." Your body soon equilibrates. Remember, healthy drinking of more water also leads to more urine:)

A good history, physical and routine urinalysis can usually narrow down this differential

Many: There are numerous tests. It can be range from blood to urine to ultrasound to mri. Instead of viewing only tests, it would be good to have a complete history and physical. There are many causes besides diabetes and a uti. There are other causes such as siadh, sepsis, pregnancy, and others.

: You should have had a urinalysis. have it done and if normal drink plenty of water aand empty bladder frequently. If not better pl see a Urologist.

Way too early: Unless you want to conceive - use protection whenever you have sex. If you miss your next period, wait a week and do a test. Your signs can be from anything or nothing and may be unrelated to each other. Try to learn factual info about reproduction - it's good to know. Best!

Up to 24 hours: However if benadryl is causing this , better avoid and use an alternative ,  better through your doctor. This side effect of benadryl might not go away with repeated usage, also it can a be a side effect of other antihistamines, may be less with the newer ones as cetirizine or loratadine, so better run it by your doctor, good luck
