Depends: Since thc (the active ingredient in marijuana) binds to fat, it depends on you much fat you have, how much you use, & how physically active you are.  It would not be unusual to test positive for a month.

It's not true: It's not at all true that cannabis is not psychoactive until it's heated, not true at all. Cannabis is less bioavailable when taken orally but the effects on the body are the same. Thc metabolites will appear in the urine of someone who ingests cannabis orally just as if smoked. Also, being psychoactive and detectable in the urine are not really dependent on one another.

it is possible: You can purchase your own urine drug test for cannabis for about $20 at any pharmacy and test yourself and see.  The heavier the use, the longer people remain positive, and ditto for the heavier you are.

37 and 29 days ago i smoked 1 cigarette of cannabis i am not a chronic user i have a healthy lifestyle and i've only used it twice in my total life. i have job appointment. they may ask for the drug test. can it be detected in my blood?

: It is unlikely that a blood or urine sample would detect a brief/limited exposure from 37/29 days ago. If they did a hair sample it may be detected.

Not sure: Good question.  Single use of marijuana should be out of your urine in 1 to 7 days. Regular use of marijuana – should be out of urine in 7 to 100 days. Single use marijuana can be detected 12 to 24 hours in blood. Regular use marijuana can be detected for 2 to 7 days in blood.Marijuana regular use detected in hair for months. Single use might not be picked up in hair. Bottom line - i don't know.

Several months: And that's only if you stop and do not use it ever again.  With daily use, urine will stay positive for at least 90 days.  Hair will stay positive 90-120 days.

False positive.: Most labs use EMIT,Enzyme Multiplied Immunoassay Technique which is prone to errors and Protonix (pantoprazole) does cause a false positive reading for Marijuana. When you have  a urine drug test bring your prescription bottle with you. It could also be technician error.
