Eat right: Best thing for a healthy immune system is a good diet and plenty of sleep. With a new baby, the second is difficult, but a good well rounded diet is highly important especially if you are breast feeding.

Hasimoto's: Hashimoto's is an autoimmune disease. Your immune system is "attacking" your thyroid. But the disease is not weakening your immune system, per se.

Canker sores: Most people who develop canker sores do not suffer from a compromised immune system.  Stress and local irritation are often the cause.

Panic attacks: Panic attacks can often seem like one is having a heart attack, when in all actuality the chest pains are the body's reaction to unprocessed stress overload, and not a cardiac even of one sort or another, which can be ruled out in either your general practitioner's office or in the Emergency Room. And yes, the immune system can weaken as a reaction to prolonged stress combined with sleep loss.

Herpes zoster: This is the varicella-zoster virus (vzv), and is a recurrence of your chickenpox as shingles. It used to be felt that it was necessary to have some underlying immune deficit or malignancy but this is no longer true, and totally normal people get outbreaks. Go and get the vaccine and this may help prevent or reduce future outbreaks, and unless you have other reasons, do not worry about lymphoma.

: You can be born with a genetically altered/weakened system. You can acquire a variety of infections/conditions that weaken it over time. You can be exposed to drugs by chance or from treatments that weaken it (often used for transplant patients).

NO: you are born with it , small ones on liver need observation , larger ones some times need surgery for fear of massive hemorrhage  and rupture of liver depending on location. Most of the time need segmental recession of involved area ( even lobe ) Surgery is safe in experienced hands .Speak to your doctor .

Yes: Along with your poor nutritional status and subsequently impaired immune system, you would be more prone to getting a uti.

Immune deficiency: Good that HIV has been ruled out! but there are other immune-deficiency states that need to be addressed. Tell your md to refer you to a good  immunologist for further work up.
