: Yes distinct areas of structural brain damage will be identified by radiologists permanently.  Usually, imaging these lesions does not require contrast

This can happen: Yes, studies now do show that migraine sufferers do have little areas of scar tissue, believed to be areas of previous loss of oxygen due to constriction of blood vessels due to migraine attacks.  As of today, there is no proof that this leads to major strokes in the future.  I hope this eases your mind some.

ask dr  about numbness in left leg saw 5 drs then a dr  look at brain mri.  had a stroke 10 months ago which cause it .why did other drs not see it?

Not sure: Depend?  Who stated you had a stroke?  I have seen a number of non-neurologist misdiagnose stroke as well.  Also, hard to say if anything was overlooked without knowing exactly which tests were done.

i have severe migraines with aura that occur at least a few times per month. brain mri was normal. i also have heart disease. am i at risk for stroke?

There is: a STATISTICAL association of classic migraine and strokes but single individuals are NOT "statistics"!
Diet, Exercise, and control of your lipids will insure that you are not a statistic. BE WELL and hope this is helpful!

Not common: If you are 41 as it says, you should be evaluated by a neurologist for your symptoms and MRI findings--they are more common in older adults.

Optical migraines: can be treated just like regular migraines can be. Especially if you are experiencing them frequently. Make an appointment with a Neurologist for evaluation and management.

No: Imaging studies do not show "everything".
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Yes.: Dynamic contrast MRI has been proven to be the best imaging tool in the evaluation of pituitary adenomas.

Not MS: There are a variety of normal variants/benign cystic structures in the brain.  Please discuss your diagnosis with your doc (neurologist). 

Please make sure your MRI was performed on a scanner accredited by the american college of radiology, performed by registered technologists and interpreted by a qualified, board certified radiologist (a doctor with 5-6 years of training after medical school!).

NUMEROUS ITEMS: Brain MRI is quite precise and allows very discrete images of large and small strokes, areas of old or new bleeding, abnormal blood vessels and tumors, congenital brain malformations, focal and diffuse areas of inflammation, such as infections or multiple sclerosis or vasculitis, etc.
