Underweight: If your daughter is almost 2 yo, the expected weight would range from 21-31 lb based on her height. !6 lb is the average weight of a  6 mo old of normal length. If you have not done so this warrants a full evaluation by the doctor.

Female growth period: It varies per each child & depends on the age of onset of puberty and ossification of the growth plates.

Girls usually grow slowly after onset of peuberty after the inital growth spurt, for a few years but each child is different.

ACADEMIC ISSUE:: Help her doing homework, praise her. Make sure she gets enough nutrition, fluid intake and rest. Talk to her teacher/s, any attention issues or any stressors. Address these during next visit to her pediatrician.

Ask her?: If your daughter is not speaking yet, it can be very hard to know.  Headaches are not uncommon in children.  Fortunately, they're usually not serious.  I would rephrase the question: do you think your daughter is having pain?  In the context of an illness, an irritable child can have Acetaminophen or ibuprofen, and if her behavior concerns you, have her checked.

You do not mention how old your child is, but depending on her age it might be fueling your feelings. 
Get to know him and talk about your fears if you have them with your daughter.

Age 13-14: Prior to babysitting, a teen must be mature enough to complete a bls/ CPR course offered at your local fire department or hospital.  It is wise to let a teen first be a mother's helper, or assist her in her first attempt.  She must be able to feel competent handling emergencies prior to being left alone.  Many factors go into when to allow babysitting, but age 13-14 is a typical age.

Sour burps: I  am not sure what do you mean by sour burps. You need to make sure that as breast feeding mother that you drink a lot of water and try to get the baby to latch on well. If the baby swallows a lot of air, it can make the baby colicky and gasy and that will make the baby fussy. Having reflux at this young age is unusual.
