Mutations of either : the KIT gene on Chr. 4q12 or the SNA12 gene on Chr. 8q11,inherited in an Autosomal Dominant fashion, cause Piebaldism. I found 1 case report of ^ing hypopigmented skin patches, thought to be from instability of melanocytes, pigment-producing cells, caused by the specific mutation. Your dermatologist can check for more spots  with &amp; without a Woods lamp. See ghr.nlm.nih.gov/condition/piebaldism.

Grey...: ...Is a mixture of white and dark hair. Someone who never had any dark hairs to begin with, won't ever look grey.

Difficult to say: The genetics of human eye and hair color are very complex--you can pin the odds down better the more genetic history of eye and hair color you can obtain--siblings, parents, aunts and uncles, grandparents, great-aunts and uncles.  There are odds tables based on this information.  Accurate prediction is possible with DNA analysis: 45 mutations in 12 genes for hair color.

Albinos: Albinos can have red, blonde or white hair and the eyes are blue to grey (not pink).  Most have poor vision and many are blind.  I found the best way to tell is to ask them, although if you have seen many, it is pretty obvious.

: Your post makes assumptions about genetics among other issues. Known family members without the young onset gray do not completely remove the possibility you could be the first with the condition.
