Restart : You could restart birth control which is great at reducing acne. You could also see a dermatologist  and start medication that's helpful for acne.

Breakthrough bleed: Breakthrough bleeding (bleeding at the wrong time)  is very common on birth control. It happens in about 1/3 of users. Its no big deal and usually self corrects over time.  If you are not satisfied or it continues to happen  then consider using a different birth control method. It is a common side effect and does not mean something is wrong or that the pill is not working.

You : You may bleed or spot for the rest of the pack. Once you miss three pills, you start to bleed from withdrawing the hormone, and starting the pills again will not reverse this effect. Continue to take the pills everyday and also use a back up method of contraception. Hopefully after your period this cycle, you will stop spotting, given you take the pills as directed. Have you considered the nuvaring? It is a great alternative for women who often forget to take their pills. Ask your doctor for more information.

Try another pills: You probably not responding well to hormones combination.  Pills probably working anyways. It's still in your stomach if you have bm immediately after taking it.

Wouldn't think so: Your pill is absorbed in the upper digestive tract. The normal transit time (time from your mouth to poop) is 3-4 days in adults with normal bowel movements. Unless you had the galloping runs you didn't loose the pill just by pooping an hour after taking it.

Birth Control Pill: Typically certain medications, emesis may affect the absorption of birth control pills. Unlikely, loose stools would affect the absorption, however profuse diarrhea may.  You should continue to take your birth control pill as prescribed. If there is no period during the placebo row, consider otc pregnancy test.

Breakthrough: bleeding from missing a pill can last 3-7 days. If you started taking them again immediately, it should be shorter. Remember to use a backup method of birth control until your next month of pills, as you are at risk for pregnancy with a missed dose. Hope this helps!
