Just don't overdo it: 1st, it's always best to ask prescribing physician & dispensing physician about your drugs, especially interactions & prohibitions.  2nd, i couldn't find any prohibition against alcohol use at http://www.Drugs.Com/testosterone.Html. So feel free to drink a beer but not more than 2 in any 24hr period (and no, drinking 4 at once while promising not to drink tomorrow doesn't average out).

Dejection: Injections aren't always the best way to replace testosterone. Sensation can decrease for two reasons.  One, is that you are converting your injected  testosterone to estrogen.  The other is that you have a decrease in semen and sperm production, causing a lesser orgasm.

Testosterone: It is a high dose of testosterone.  It will not affect fertility but can cause acne irritability.

: That is just one drug. There is also 'tri-mix' consisting of 3 different drugs. These are not related to your low testosterone which can be treated. Check again with your Urologist. Wish you success

Drugs: It depends entirely on the drugs he has been taking and how often.
Have him see his doctor who can then evaluate his testosterone status.
It could be fine.

Anti-androgen Meds: The only major cancer where a drug is used to lower testosterone is prostate cancer.  Prostate cancer is fed by or sensitive to testosterone and methods to lower testosterone(surgically or with medication) results in shrinkage of the cancer. I am not aware of a "bonifide" study that shows any major exception to this.

No: No such interaction of any clinical significance occurs, Don't get your medical information from friends, tv or internet scams.

Why inject at all?: It's pretty rare for a 31-year-old to need testosterone at all. In the few cases it is indicated, oral will work just fine. As for inappropriate use of anabolic steroids, stay away!
