: This isn't necessarily abnormal, but it's atypical at your age, especially absence of beard growth. If you have normally developed penis and testicles, normal voice change since adolescence, and normal sexual function (erections etc) and urges, it reduces the chance of a hormonal problem. If still in doubt, see an endocrinologist for professional evaluation. Good luck.

No: Do not try it.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Start from beginning: There are NO valid studies proving that " hystadelia" is a real diagnosis. Probably not. So what "treatment" are you referring to? Get another opinion. See a Dr who can evaluate whatever symptoms are present. You probably should go to an academic center. So the answer is a firm "NO"!

Depends: If the piercing does not disturb the hair roots then they will grow as if nothing were done.  Emphasize the the person doing the procedure that you want him/her to bypass these roots and you wiil be ok.

Doubtful: Alopecia totalis is the most severe type of a skin condition that is thought to be autoimmune.  The prognosis is guarded.

No notable hair loss: While the scar itself, generally a fine line about 1 mm wide, does not have hair follicles, there should not be any notable hair loss around the scar and it will be completely hidden by the surrounding hair.
