Any irritant that...: Enters the eustachian tube can cause temporary dysfunction by causing the lymphoid tissue in the et (gerlach tonsils) to swell and block the lumen. This can happen from snorting, gargling or refluxing into the nasopharynx (back of the nose).

No.: Keratosis pilaris is best treated with a topical retinoid.  I'd suggest seeing your pcp or a dermatologist.

Xylitol: Xylitol is a natural sugar and breaks up biofilm in the body.  That's where germs mulitply.  It is found in a nasal spray called xlear (pronounced "clear") and in chewing gum called spry.  Pleasant tasting too!  Please see doctor first for diangosis.

Warts : Warts are viruses, transmitted from person to person by touch.  They can be very hard to get rid of.  Ultimately, your body needs to recognize that they are foreign, make antibodies to them and destroy them.  Options include the topicals as you have done over the counter.  Other physician administered treatments include: cryotherapy with liquid nitrogen, a pulsed dye laser treatment, co2 laser treatment or physically having the warts cut off.  Many times, i suggest patients "pare down" their warts using a nail file and then apply the topical medications that i prescribe- typically veregen (sinecatechins) (green tea extract) or imiquimod, topical vitamin a's may help by irritating the area.  If your over the counter treatments aren't working, your next stop may need to be a doctors office, call beforehand for pricing- i never give guarantees with warts as they are very challenging, and even in the best hands may not respond to treatments.

No, but: Why would you drink it unless you just like the taste, it's of no clinical benefit for any known medical problem. In excess, it could also cause you some discomfort. Why would you want to drink it? Don't get your medical information from friends, tv or the internet.

Not entirely but...: Bragg's is raw/unpasteurized whereas I'm fairly sure Heinz is pasteurized. Pasteurization degrades some nutrients and enzymes that are beneficial. Also, Bragg's is organic whereas Heinz is not, and apples are in the EWG "Dirty Dozen" and high in pesticide residues. 
Heinz should have many of the same benefits but, given a choice, I recommend Bragg's.
