Makes it worse? Inef: Apple cider vinegar is supposed to LOWER blood pressure (BP), so if the BP is already low, it shouldn't make the situation better. If anything, it will cause it to lower it further. That being said, and irrespective of Dr. Axe, there is no conclusive proof that Apple Cider Vinegar does anything consistently to the human body. Nothing proven. So perhaps the next gimmick designed to take your money?

Yuk: Apple cider vinegar? Yuk. Why would you take that? It has not been shown to have beneficial health effects, and may cause gastric problems. To lower blood pressure, instead use things that are supported by a tremendous amount of scientific evidence that they work and are safe!  Diet, exercise, and medications approved by the FDA.

Dose?: It all depends on the dose. ACV is acidic and excess acid is harmful, while small amounts are harmless. Do you have any documentation by a legitimate source that ACV is beneficial or do you just enjoy the taste?

No: Why are you taking aspirin? Daily low-dose Aspirin has antiplatelet effects with well-established benefits in preventing heart attacks ; strokes. It would not be advisable to discontinue this medication without careful consideration with your doctor.

Never tested: The combination that you mentioned is never tested. But i would say don't take grape fruit juice with above meds.

PIH v. hematoma: I am not certain about the timing of this. I recommend you see you primary doctor, ENT specialist or dermatologist to examine this area. After the exam, they can advice you about the best way to resolve the lesion with the minimum amount of scarring.

Nope!: It's a waste of money just like all other otc pills and supplements. Don't get your medical information from friends, tv or the internet. Check w/your doctor. Eat less and exercise and take whatever rx the doctor orders.
