Makes it worse? Inef: Apple cider vinegar is supposed to LOWER blood pressure (BP), so if the BP is already low, it shouldn't make the situation better. If anything, it will cause it to lower it further. That being said, and irrespective of Dr. Axe, there is no conclusive proof that Apple Cider Vinegar does anything consistently to the human body. Nothing proven. So perhaps the next gimmick designed to take your money?

Silly myth: "Low blood pressure" in people who are walking around and not obviously sick is a mythical diagnosis popular in parts of Europe. Your blood pressure doesn't have to be any higher than is required to keep your body adequately supplied with blood. Apple cider vinegar is promoted as being good for everything, which itself tell you that the claims are mostly fake. Glad you care about your friend.
