A few ideas: Sometimes when women have this is a vestige, leftover, bleeding from the period. Other times it can be due to bleeding from the cervix.  So long as your pap is up to date and normal, then likely coming from uterus. Not much to worry about at this time, as you're not likely pregnant again so soon especially given you had an 11 day period. You can always check a test as wouldn't hurt.

No: The brown could be some left over blood from the miscarriage and this is your first period.  You will be fine but it might take your body 3 months to get back to completely normal again.

Miscarriage ?'s : Miscarriage at near "8 w" of pregnancy may not have expelled all placental tissue, which can cause extended bleeding.  See your gyn physician for an exam, and he/she may confirm residual placental tissue still in the womb, and recommend a curettage (in office), which will easily remove any remaining tissue.

Not unusual: It is not uncommon to have some spotting or bleeding after a miscarriage for 1-2 weeks. External masturbation should have no risk but using a dildo could if very vigorous.   After giving birth, it is usually recommended to wait to have sex for 4-6 weeks, but risk of infection, etc. is most common if having sex within 2 weeks.  The closer to term, the more a miscarriage mimics a delivery.

Not necessarily.: Pregnancy symptoms can come and go, and there are many things that can impact those symptoms. An ultrasound is the best way to know the status of your pregnancy. And if it's very early, blood tests can tell the same information. Good luck.

Hard to say: The self sex activities can vary in style and intensity &amp; you provide little information to go on. You might want to avoid toys that enter the vagina and might push on the healing cervix/uterus. ( for a few weeks) Other less intrusive activities are unlikely to bother anything.

You may: Have you had unprotected sex? A negative result may not rule out pregnancy as you probably do not know when your period is due. So do the test and if it is negative repeat it in a couple of weeks. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully.
