Dermatographism: If your rash is a flat one and scratching it causing raised strip, you have dermatographism meaning that your skin is oversensitive.  If it is bothersome, taking an otc antihistamine such as zyrtec (cetirizine) will likely control it. Else it is not a major health issue.

Possible: Most, but definitely not all, women w/pcos are overweight = but up to 30% of women are estimated to have some degree of pcos, so there are some of normal weight. Check w/your doctor.

Yes...read on.: The point of ocp's to prevent acne and unwanted hair growth is to decrease the circulating levels of testosterone in your body.   Birth control pills decrease free testosterone by increasing liver production of a hormone that binds up testosterone.  Unwanted hair that is already there won't likely improve, but new unwanted hair growth should be prevented.  Acne should also decrease after 2-3 month.
