Abilify (aripiprazole): could possibly improve concentration and memory in several clinical settings (when used for irritability in those with autism, as an add on medication in those with bipolar mania, and in those with an acute exacerbation of psychosis in schizophrenia).  There has not been a long term controlled study to look at cognitive, memory issues however. It should not be used for treatment of dementia

In addition to this unique mechanism, Abilify (aripiprazole) also has strong activity on the neurotransmitter serotonin.

The tricky issue is that the condition that you are taking Abilify (aripiprazole) to treat is at least as likely to be causing concentration problems (for instance, depression, bipolar, psychosis - all of these severely disrupt concentration). Obviously it is important to carefully assess whether it is the medication or the condition you are treating.

Depends: The answer depends on the underlying cause of these symptoms.  Abilify (aripiprazole) would tend to decrease agitation and anger and it is one of the treatments of choice for psychosis.

Get an eye exam: I'm not sure what you mean by things. If they are visual hallucinations they could be related to psychosis. However, if it's flashes and floaters you need to have an exam by an ophthalmologist to make sure your retina is OK. If it's occurring in both eyes it may be ocular migraine. Start with the eye exam.
