Do you mean if you need to prep for the procedure (ans: no, except maybe take Motrin if not contraindicated), or if you still have bleeding after (ans: if small amount, not unexpected; if large amount, may need other treatment), or if you have pain (ans: see your doctor), or otherwise?

Possible allergies: It is difficult to tell over the internet.  It appears your tongue is markedly swollen which most commonly is indicative of an allergic reaction.   There are many other causes of "macroglossia" or a big tongue.  See a doctor for a proper evaluation.

Ok if no: contamination. Raw dough, in small amounts, is not harmful in itself, but if the pizza was not prepared under sanitary conditions the micro-organisms in it may be harmful. Raw dough, if you eat enough of it, may give you an upset stomach.

Problem: Not sure exactly what you are asking, but a visit to a specialist will be necessary, assuming you are interested in having children in the future. Doing surgery and not doing surgery both have implications and more testing will likely be needed to figure out how to proceed. But you will definitely need medical and/or surgical treatment of some sort.

Brief: There should be no swelling from a B12 injection at all or if there is a little swelling it should be gone in 48 hours or less.

Couple days: This is usually done under light sedation or general anesthesia. It's a simple procedure and pain-wise, recovery is not too bad with mild cramps & spotting. If you need to recover from gen anesthesia, it may take 1-2 days. We sometimes also perform endometrial ablations if permanent sterilization has been done. This may eliminate bleeding & recovery is usually the same. Discuss it with your gyn.
