Most : Most  people don't have sugar in their urine until their blood sugar is 250mg/dl or more. But
some people will have sugar in their urine with normal blood levels of glucose. This is called renal glycosuria. It usually has little clinical significance. If your fasting blood sugar is elevated,  you may have diabetes. If a blood glucose is done concurrently with finding sugar in your urine, you can sort out if you are just one of those people who spill sugar into the urine at normal blood glucose levels or if you may be diabetic. This should be checked out soon, especially if you are experiencing excessive thirst or frequent urinination.

i had a cat scan, showed chronic microvascular ischemic white matter disease. my doctor who ordered the ct looked at it and  did not comment. is ms or other auto immune system possible?

Not likely: Hi! that terminology on the ct scan is usually seen in patients over 65 and is often related to a history of hypertension, high cholesterol, diabetes, vascular disease, and other conditions that affect blood vessels.  It is not usually ms, which causes patches of spots in the white matter around the ventricles of the brain.

In general the response to a virus is neutralizing antibodies which may be deficient in some one who is immunosupressed.  Not all drugs used for autoimmune diseases are immunosuppressive. Some are immunoregulatory.  Nevertheless i would take stringent precautions and avoid going outdoors or mingling in the community for now
