: Mifepristone is usually taken orally, followed by misoprostol vaginally.  Consult your gyn physician about the timing of this (these) medications, relative to the length of your pregnancy.  These medications, although very effective  may not complete the abortive process, so followup testing and a possible minor surgical procedure may be necessary.

Do not take Apiol: The regimen of mifepristone and misoprostol is a very safe and effective way to end a pregnancy up to 10 weeks, especially when done under medical supervision. Apiol, known as "the green oil of parsley" is not safe to use and could cause liver or kidney damage or even death. Please do not use this. If mifepristone &amp; misoprostol didn't work for you, you can try them again or have a D&amp;C.

: Wait to take the second "mifepristone" tablet until your physician has indicated to do so.  Termination of pregnancy is not always 100% with this medication, so continued monitoring of HCG levels is appropriate.

i take 60 mg of vyvanse and 300 mg of bupropion xl every morning. are there any interactions between them and 200 mg of mifepristone that would cause issues if i take the mifepristone tonight?

: There is a risk for drug drug interactions between bupropion and Vyvanse as well as between bupropion and mifepristone. Keeping all your prescribers informed of the meds you are taking and following recommendations would be best you can do.

: Hopefully you are doing this with medical consultation and supervision, but in terms of timing it is not too late to take misoprostol. You are in an awkward position since you are ambivalent about what you are doing but you may already be past a point of no return. Heavy bleeding and cramping should be expected, but the severity varies.

Depends on route: A medical abortion or an induced miscarriage can occur with either the use of mifepristone or misoprostol however both have unacceptably high failure rates on their own. They should be used together either simultaneously if miso given vaginally or 24h apart if miso given bucchally. It is effective up to 10wks but never 100% effective. That's why GYN/MD follow up is critical. Do not try on your own
