hurt lower back 5 days ago, pain is going to right hip, cant stand up straight or normally. backside seems to be popping out. how do i relieve pain?

i've recently suffered a lower back injury from weight lifting and the pain has sort of shifted to my left hip. any ideas on what the issue is?

Sacroiliac joint ?: Weight lifting could cause a disc problem if central back pain if its on one side of buttock and  maybe some anterior hip and lateral hip pain  the sacroiliac joint could of shifted out of place or became inflamed you might need an injection there or manipulation and stretches  just time hopefully if its central in the low back and take nsaids.

why am i having pain in my hips and legs when i lay on my sides? it's extreme pain.  could it be from my lower back injury?

Hip bursitis: It is likely that you have a condition called trochanteric bursitis of your hip--it is inflammation of the area surrounding the curve of the hip-thigh bone. Possibly resulted from excessive use/walking/running and/or laying on the side on a firm/hard surface too long. Do some really good range-of-motion/stretching, and use of motrin/aleve may help. If not better, consult doc for eval.

havent had period since september ive been having sharp pains in my pelvis right side once in while i have to pee a lot pregnacy test negative lower back pain. very tired all the time ive never missed period longer than 2 weeks what could it be?

: You should see your gynecologist so that you can be examined as the first step to diagnosing your symptoms. Occasionally, there is a cycle where ovulation does not occur and a period is missed. A blood test can be done to determine if you are pregnant or not-the home pregnancy test may be incorrect. So, see your gyn doctor for diagnosis/treatment. Best of luck to you!

Not necessarily.: Possible early pregnancy sxs: no period, breast swelling ; tenderness w darkened areolas, thin, white ; milky vaginal discharge, fatigue, ^ urination frequency, constipation, bloating, heartburn, backache, cramping, headache, food cravings or aversions, ^ sense of smell, enlarged waist, feeling faint/dizzy, mood swings, ^ gas, insomnia, gagging ; yawning. They may begin after missed period.
