Half life and cycles: Synthetic progesterones have a longer half life than natural progerstones but usually around 25-50 hours. However, menstrual cycles can variably start 3-5 days to weeks after stopping.

Never know: The factors affecting your hormones/periods are very complex and prevent anyone from guessing when your period will come.  As a guideline though, see your doc if 3 mos go by with no period.

: Risk versus benefit, bleeding is likely due to hormonal imbalance, i.e. endometrial hyperplasia rather than carcinoma.  If the lining gets thin with progesterone, endometrial biopsy may be unnecessary but either approach can be done.

Probably not: It would help to know why you are using the Progesterone suppositories.  If they are to control your cycle, then no you do not need them when you are menstruating.

: Daily progesterone suppositories are given to prevent inadequate progesterone production by the ovary, however, if there is a significant decrease in ovarian production of progesterone subsequent to ovulation, bleeding may occur.  A home pregnancy test or a serum HCG test after "14 days" post IUI  should indicate if pregnancy has occurred.

Within a week: If you are taking progestin medication in order to start a period, it will typically take 2-7 days from the last day of medication before you start having a withdrawal bleeding.

No: the withdrawal bleed, often mistakenly thought to be a period, should only occur when you stop the progestin. if you keep on taking the progestin, it will continue to suppress your bleeding

Within 14 days: Of course i hope you had proper work up prior to the progesterone, which i assume is for not having a menses.
