See a pediatrician: Your niece is at risk of becoming seriously dehydrated and should be seen by a doctor, both for diagnostic purposes as well as to check her for the secondary effects of inability to keep things down.  There are antinausea preparations that can be given by rectal suppository. Go and have her seen and hope she is better soon.

Many possibilities: If you have diarrhea with it, the likelihood is that it is food poisoning. If you don't, there are too many possibilities to discuss here. You need to be examined by a physician.

Could be: It is not feasible to ascertain if your fever is part of food poisoning or a separate illness, without examining you. Take acetaminophen, no more than 4 g/day, no alcohol. If that does not resolve your symptoms, it would be prudent to see a doctor.
Drink enough water so your urine is mostly colorless.
Get HPV and Covid vaccines.

Repeated vomiting: More than likely your child has a virus. Take the infant off of all food. Give small sips of pedialyte for two hours. If things stay down .Increase to 1/2glas at time.  After six hours start on a bland diet, nothing greasy or fried.  Stay off of milk and juice. Restore to normal diet after 3-4 days.

It's possible, but..: Your symptoms are too nonspecific.  Your limited information does not provide a context for symptom onset, severity, or duration.  Especially if distress persists, or is accompanied by bleeding, worsening pain, lightheadedness, or development of vomiting or fever, then get a good examination with appropriate testing for reassurance and/or treatment.

Doctor can help: A person in her 60's who feels "awful" and is vomiting, febrile, and has a "pounding" headache sounds like she needs a doctor... unless she suddenly starts feeling better each hour. If traveling in a foreign country, she may look online or ask the hotel front desk to see where to go for doctors who speak her language (such as English), or where the ER or hospital is, plus how to get there.
