GYN exam: bleeding after vaginal intercourse needs evaluation. I suggest a GYN and abstain until cleared by your GYN. Consider if your  intercourse was  aggressive or rough. Were you adequately lubricated? Were you in pain in certain positions? Has this happened before?

Yes: Plan B is a whopping dose of hormone.  Its quite common to have fatigue, nausea, moodiness, cramping and some  spotting.  Best wishes!

Sex/ovulation date: Some bleeding can occur with ovulation, due to the sudden drop in estrogen which precedes ovulation. This drop in estrogen can produce cramps, nausea, etc.. If your period is delayed , a serum HCG test done about 7-10 days after your period is due is an accurate test for pregnancy.
